Only Farmers

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 31 July 2026

Our commitment to making the Platform accessible to everyone.

1. Our Commitment

Only Farmers Limited is committed to ensuring that the Only Farmers website (onlyfarmers.co.uk) and mobile application ("Platform") are accessible to as many people as possible, including those with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive impairments.

We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with disabilities and are widely recognised as the international standard for web accessibility.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We are continually working to improve the experience for all users and welcome feedback on how we can do better.

2. Legal Framework

Under the Equality Act 2010, service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that disabled people are not placed at a substantial disadvantage when accessing services. This duty applies to the Platform as a service provided to the public.

While the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 apply to public sector organisations and do not directly apply to Only Farmers as a private company, we voluntarily adopt the same standards as best practice.

The Online Safety Act 2023 also requires platforms to consider the needs of users with disabilities when designing safety features and content moderation processes.

3. What We Do to Be Accessible

We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility on the Platform:

4. Known Limitations

We are aware that some areas of the Platform may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Known limitations include:

We maintain an internal accessibility backlog and prioritise fixes based on the severity of the barrier and the number of users affected.

5. Listing Accessibility Information

Under our Terms & Conditions and Nondiscrimination Policy, Farmers are required to clearly and honestly describe the accessibility provisions available at their property or experience. This includes (where relevant): wheelchair accessibility, step-free access, accessible parking, accessible toilets, hearing loops, visual aids, and any other reasonable adjustments.

We provide structured accessibility fields in the Listing creation form so that Farmers can describe their provisions in a consistent format. This information is displayed prominently on each Listing page so that Guests can assess suitability before booking.

If a Listing does not contain sufficient accessibility information, Guests are encouraged to message the Farmer directly through the Platform to ask about specific requirements.

6. Assistive Technology Compatibility

The Platform is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

If you experience difficulty using the Platform with any assistive technology, please let us know so we can investigate and improve compatibility.

7. Feedback & Reporting Barriers

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Platform. If you encounter a barrier, have a suggestion, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us:

Email: hello@onlyfarmers.co.uk (include "Accessibility" in the subject line)

When reporting an accessibility issue, it is helpful (but not required) to include:

We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response (including an expected timeline for any fix) within 14 days.

8. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may contact the Equality Advisory Support Service (EASS) for further advice and support:

EASS: 0808 800 0082

Website: equalityadvisoryservice.com

You also have the right to take action under the Equality Act 2010 if you believe you have been discriminated against because of a disability.

9. Testing & Review

We conduct accessibility testing of the Platform on a regular basis. Our testing approach includes:

This Accessibility Statement is reviewed and updated at least annually, or sooner if there are significant changes to the Platform.
